The Culbone Stables, owned by The Lillycombe Estate, is located at the heart of Lillycombe Sporting Club’s shooting location and is the meeting point for guns on the morning of the shoot. The pub is used by the Sporting Club for shoot day hospitality and offers 8 rooms on a bed and breakfast basis with dinner as an optional extra. Yearnor Moor Lodge, directly opposite The Culbone Stables, offers a further 2 bedrooms. We can also recommend local B&B for any loaders / drivers that may be accompanying your shoot party if necessary.

We have a comprehensive wine list and corkage is acceptable and would be £10 per bottle (based on 75cl).

We require a credit card to guarantee any booking. We regret any cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full.

Closed Season, February to August. The Culbone Stables is available to hire as a venue for private functions / hospitality and group bedroom bookings during the closed season, February to August. We are able to tailor the package to suit your requirements. Please enquire for further information.
